The spreadsheet app includes shortcuts for basic functions such as calculating sums or formatting cells as percentages or dollars. There are a number of options for adjusting fonts, text alignment, and other settings within the text editor. It takes a few seconds to connect to Google Docs every time you want to browse your documents, but navigating docs stored on your device is much faster.
I took the app for a spin on my HP TouchPad tablet running CyanogenMod 7.1, and it works beautifully. The app is available for $14.99 from the Android Market - but you can pick it up for free today from the Amazon Appstore. You can also link OfficeSuite Pro to your Google Docs account to view or edit documents - or create new documents on your device and save them to the cloud.
